1. Purpose
These terms govern online sales between La Source des Parfums and its customers via lasourcedesparfums.com. Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
2. Products
La Source des Parfums offers original fragrances inspired by luxury perfumes, labelled Type [Brand]* (e.g. Type Chanel*, Type Dior*, Type Creed*). These creations comply with French comparative advertising law (Art. L. 122-1 of the Consumer Code): they are neither counterfeits nor copies. Minor variations between product descriptions and items received may occur without affecting quality.
3. Ordering
An order is finalised upon cart validation with delivery details and payment. A confirmation email is sent upon receipt.
4. Pricing
Prices are displayed in euros inclusive of VAT (20%), excluding shipping. They may be changed at any time; billing is at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept credit card, PayPal and cash on delivery (subject to availability). The order is confirmed upon payment validation.
6. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided at the time of order. Lead times are indicative and vary by destination. Free shipping on orders over €100.
7. Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty (return costs at your expense). Items must be returned unopened and in perfect condition.
8. Liability
La Source des Parfums guarantees its products comply with applicable law. Our liability does not extend to indirect damages from product use. In case of skin reaction, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the company is registered.
